Universal headlamp controller
Lighting programs usually start with a new controller for each vehicle. A2C's universal headlamp controller replaces that cycle with a single hardware platform whose lamp functions, timing and diagnostics are set through software configuration.
- One qualified hardware platform across vehicle programs
- Lamp functions, timing and diagnostics set in software
- Field updates through the A2C CAN/UDS bootloader
Proven ECU platforms
Each platform is a working design that we adapt to your vehicle, which shortens development compared with starting from a blank sheet.

Electronics across the whole vehicle
We engineer for lighting, chassis, braking and suspension, powertrain, body and cockpit. All of them share our diagnostic stack and bootloader, so they integrate the same way.
One partner from schematic to SOP
Most suppliers hand you either the board or the software. We own both, so integration problems are solved inside one team.

Automotive focus
We only build vehicle electronics, so our teams speak your language: CAN, UDS, ASIL, DV and PV.
Our own IP
A patent-filed headlamp platform, plus an in-house UDS stack and bootloader that shorten every program.
Safety and process first
Development to ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE, with work products ready for your audits.
Design to production
With our manufacturing partner, you have one accountable supplier from prototype to volume.
How a program runs with us
A typical engagement follows the V-model, with a single A2C program lead from kickoff to production handover.
Requirements
Customer specs, system requirements and safety goals agreed and baselined.
Architecture
System, hardware and software architecture with the functional safety concept.
Development
Hardware and software built in parallel, with reviews at each gate.
Validation
Unit, integration, HIL and vehicle-level testing, with DV and PV support.
Production
Industrialization and volume supply through our manufacturing partner.
